Seen here: new ceiling (in processes of finishing the drywall), new, raised entryway where Trev got rid of the strip that hung down on the stairs and made tall people duck when going up and down. Also, replaced drywall on the stair wall that fixed the crack that was made by repairing the foundation. You can also see our living room furniture piled up and covered in plastic, living in the foyer.
Seen here: Zoe, chilling in a pile of drywall. The new drywall on the stairs that replaced the cheap plywood-type board that was there (bear in mind these are non-technical and possibly incorrect terms since Trev refuses to blog you will have to make due). Also, the new kitchen drywall that replaced the door and windows, also you can see the support beam that will be at the corner of the L-shaped bar and will be covered in beautiful wood to match the cabinets. Also, you can see our kitchen sub-floor and the coverings over our hardwood in the living room.
Seen here: continued angle of rest of kitchen/dining room and drywall in the dining room. Also, the white column you can barley see on the far right is a new drywalled support beam that also acts as a separator between the living and dining room.
Seen here: a tiny part of the new ceiling in the living room along with the new gap between the walls and ceiling that is a result of taking off 3 layers of drywall on the ceiling and replacing it with 1. sigh...so that is where our new crown molding will be going...along with the dining room and any non-cabinet part of the kitchen. You can also see at the very bottom the tops of some green shrubbery. Those are the plants that live in our built-in flower box below the picture windows. Also, the culprit of the erosion (due to watering and the hose hook up that is located in there) under that wall which means we have to build a new retaining wall by our foundation. And really, who doesn't want to spend $2,500 you will never see? yea...
Seen here: our "kitchen" which is currently set up in what was the guest bedroom. 
Important thing to notice is the brown "box" in the bottom left. This is Trev's small fridge from college which is now housing our brita, milk and OJ, which is very convenient considering the rest of the fridge is...
...set up 2 floors below, in the garage. See how pretty it is though!

You are a good sport, a pregnant gal with a kitchen in the guestroom. The renovations look great I can't wait to see it all done! maybe when there is a shower??
This looks awesome! It looks like things are getting done really quickly...although it may seem like it is taking forever when you don't have a kitchen.
