8am: Rye awake

10:30am-11am: Nap

1:15pm-2:00pm: Nap

2:30-4pm: Attempts to get him to continue/take another nap

4:15pm: This sight...

It's now 5pm and he's up again....for the love...

p.s the camera jar and snickering at the end is because I walked into the door frame....of course.

They are all beautiful (great job taking the pictures Trev!) but the subject matter in this last one is my favorite...

Somebody's Gotta Do It...

Trevor's been gone for roughly 23 days, 15 hours and 39 minutes.

Over the past couple of weeks I've been talking to Rye a lot about all of the things that Trevor used to do around the house that I miss. Well, apparently Rye decided that he would try to fill Dad's shoes, as man of the house. So we've been working on it and here's what we have so far...

Dishes after dinner:


Filling the dogs' water:


Feeding the dogs:


Taking out the trash:


And possibly the most important job of all...

Killing and disposing of bugs:

84 is a good number

for weather in early April...I will not be complaining about that.

We've each been enjoying it in our own ways.

No pictures of me enjoying it since I am el photographamundo...but i guess you will deduce that I've been enjoying it too.
